How to Use Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cleansing Oil

on a dry face. -
With dry hands,
take an
adequate
amount
and massage
the entire face
for 30 seconds
to cleanse. -
For areas
with heavy
makeup or
excessive sebum,
take more oil and
massage
thoroughly. -
Slightly wet the
hands
with a small
amount of water
then massage
the entire face
once again
until the oil turns
white. -
